Built and equipped as a private home, The Holt on Montserrat is a spacious and airy self-catering villa with stunning views over the Caribbean Sea. Set in nearly an acre of tropical garden, it is a haven of comfort and tranquility.

Designed to sleep up to 6 adults, it is also a delightful retreat for couples - especially honeymooners.

Come inside
Inside the villa you will find two sitting rooms, a dining area, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops. There are two double bedrooms with one bathroom, a house bathroom and an en-suite master bedroom with its own small patio area. Ceiling fans are installed, but Montserrat's gentle breezes usually assure a pleasant temperature.

Explore outside
Outside, there is a large, covered patio area, with barbecue, overlooking the 9m private swimming pool. Exotic blooms, fruits and foliage fill the luscious gardens and, beyond, spectacular sea views draw the eye to faraway islands.

We are now offering a considerably cheaper alternative for the budget traveller. A twin or two twin bedrooms with your own bathroom and a patio by the pool and if required breakfast.
